٭ پاسخ دادن به سوالاتی که با علامت * مشخص شده اند ضروری می باشد و در صورت پاسخ ندادن فرم شما ارسال نخواهد شد و ناچار هستید که اطلاعات خواسته شده را دوباره وارد کنید. باید توجه کنید که تمامی گزینه ها می بایست دوباره بررسی شوند تا تغییراتی ایجاد نشده باشد. (به ویژه تاریخ تولد و گرایش جنسی)

Answering questions marked * is especially crucial; if a box is left blank, the form will not be sent successfully and you you have to fill up the whole questionnaire one more time. Make sure all the answers are correct. (especially date of birth and sexual orientation)

 

٭ در وارد کردن آدرس ایمیل دقت کنید. پس از ارسال فرم یک ایمیل (به همان آدرسی که وارد کرده اید) ارسال خواهد شد که حاوی اطلاعات فرم می باشد. خواهشمندیم که آن را مرور کرده و چنانچه اشکالی در آن وجود داشت با استفاده از پست الکترونیکی سازمان  info [at] irqo [dot] net آن را به ما اطلاع دهید.

Make sure the email address you provide is entered correctly. After you filled up the form, an email will be sent (to the address you have provided) which contains the information you entered in the form. Please look it over and make sure there aren’t any mistakes in the answers provided. If there is a mistake please let us know by sending an email to the info [at ] irqo [dot] net.

 

٭ پرداخت هیچ هزینه ای برای صدور تأییدیه سازمان لازم نیست.

There is no fee for the affidavits IRQO submits.

 

٭ به دلیل حجم کار، ارسال نامه تأییدیه معمولا بین ١ تا 3 هفته از زمان ارسال فرم طول مى کشد، در صورتى که پرونده متقاضى پناهندگى بسته شده باشد تاثیر گذارى در بازگشایى پرونده‌اش مشکل تر مى باشد.

Because of the heavy load of work, it will normally take us between 1 to 3 weeks to send you the affidavit. In the occasions that the case of an asylum seeker is already closed, it is much harder for the affidavit letter to work effectively to activate (re-open) the case again.

 

٭ برای تکمیل پرونده باید یک عدد عکس که در شش ماه گذشته گرفته شده باشد را نیز ضمیمه کنید.
